Meet Dr. Klein

I was raised in La Crosse, Wisconsin and, since I spent a lot of time in the dental office as a child, I developed a natural interest in dentistry. Having family members in the medical/dental fields sparked my interest in dentistry as well. After earning my undergraduate degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, I attended the Creighton University School of Dentistry and graduated with my DDS.

I now enjoy practicing dentistry in the Knoxville area, focusing on family dentistry, while maintaining special interests in cosmetic dentistry as well as endodontics (root canals). In order to further my expertise in the field, I have attended many CE courses, including those put on by LVI (Las Vegas Institute), Mercer’s Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, the TACD (Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry), as well as the AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry). I am currently a member of the ADA (American Dental Association), TDA (Tennessee Dental Association), TACD (Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry) and the Second District of Knoxville Dental Association. At Guion & Klein Smile Design and Family Dentistry, I have had the honor of working alongside Dr. Ed Guion, who has been both a friend and mentor in the profession.

My primary goals as a dentist are to provide exceptional care to people in both health and aesthetic arenas, while making my patients’ experiences pleasing and encouraging.

When I’m not practicing dentistry, I love spending time with my family, staying active through a variety of sports, being involved at my Knoxville area church, and traveling.
