Meet the Team

Dina | RDA

I graduated in 1985 from the Knoxville Adult Vocational School as a registered dental assistant and have obtained 'expanded function' licenses since. I have helped to provide dental care in pediatrics, orthodontics, general and cosmetic dentistry, as well as in the operating room at the University of Tennessee Hospital. I have been a part of our team since 1995 and have been cross-trained in clinical care and office management. My most challenging and rewarding experiences have been providing full mouth reconstruction through cosmetic dentistry.

Jennifer | RDA

I have been a dental assistant for about eleven years. I graduated from Valencia Community College in Orlando, FL with an associate in science degree in 1997 for dental assisting and expanded functions. I furthered my education at the University of Central Florida specializing in surgical dentistry. I lived in Orlando until late 2007, and when I got married, moved to Powell, TN. I have experience and provided care in general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontal surgery, Invisalign orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. I have worked for Celebration Dental Group near Disney for four years and then for Twoncare Dental in Orlando for six years. Currently I enjoy working primarily as a chairside assistant for Dr. Guion and Dr. Klein since January 2008.

Melissa | RDH

I have been in dentistry for 9 years, beginning as a dental assistant graduating from the Tennessee Technology Center of Knoxville and going to work for a pediatric dentist for 6 years. I then attended and graduated with an associate degree in dental hygiene from Roane State Community College in Oak Ridge, TN.

I have been happily employed at Dr. Ed Guion and Dr. Todd Klein’s office for 2 and a half years. I strive to provide exceptional care for all clients. I want to obtain a professional, trusting relationship with each person. When I leave the office, I go home to two wonderful boys and my husband. Our Christian based family enjoys going to movies and enjoying the outdoors.

Sharon | RDH

I started my career in dentistry in 1980 as a dental assistant. In 1994, I decided to advance my career and attended Roane State Dental Hygiene Program, where I graduated in 1996 with honors. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Ed Guion and Dr. Todd Klein. I strive to educate my patients in the importance of good oral hygiene, which leads to optimal health. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. My hobbies include exercising, ballroom dancing, and traveling.

Stephanie | Client Coordinator

I came to our office 14 years ago after living in St. Augustine, FL where I had 15 years of experience in all aspects of human resources as the administrative asst. to the Superintendent of the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. I graduated from Asbury College, Lexington, KY, and spent a number of years in retail management. I love to travel, decorate homes, and be involved in the international organization of Bible Study Fellowship.

My most rewarding aspect of being a part of our office is the relationship with our clients and their families and seeing the importance of a health, beautiful smile change the lives of so many.
